How do you thank someone who has taken you from crayons to perfume, or from $1,190,000.00 to $1,450,000.00 on the sale of your home?  Nearly impossible!

Connie Piva, Property Diva is just that, extraordinary!  From reluctant start to overwhelming finish, Connie has renewed my faith in Realtors.  I have successfully sold my own homes in the past so I was very reluctant to hire an agent believing that I could sell my home myself and do a better job, cheaper, faster, etc.  However, in this wild and crazy market of multiple offers and a home that needed just the right buyer to appreciate all it had to offer we took the chance.

The amount of work that she put into the monumental effort was beyond my imagination.  She helped with preparing my home for sale and ran two very busy open house events being sure to involve another agent to assist with crowd control.  Connie “sold” this home to everyone that walked in the door.  She made sure she knew the home intimately including how to operate the elevator and even repair it when it conked out during a showing due to overuse.  As we were out of town she took it upon herself to come by each evening to be sure lights were out, the home dusted and floors tidied.  I could have called upon a neighbor to do this but Connie preferred to manage the “quality control” herself.
